Training
Training will be lead by one of our fantastic centre coaches. Training / coaching will be 2 hours in total, split into 1 hour each sessions for Tots-11s (5:30pm to 6:30pm) and 12s-20s age groups (6:30pm – 7:30pm).

Athletes need not wear their NDLAC uniforms. Comfortable clothes and enclosed footwear for running, jumping and throwing are all that you need, plus plenty of energy and a willingness to learn and have some fun! As always, bring along a drink and a hat for the earlier sessions in particular, and keep an eye out for any wet weather announcements via our NDLAC TeamApp page.
